J	J Jazz on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A spectacular cafe built by the owner himself with the Tsou people’s construction culture!! Must visit here once you are in Taiwan.
A	Alpha Chen on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A very special place to have coffee near Alishan. The owner, one of Thao Tribe, built the coffee shop from the scratch by himself. The coffee tastes good. If you go to Alishan and you like coffee, it’s a place you have to go.

For the place itself, locationwise and the hospitality of the owners, perfect. however, the place is surrounded by noisy, disrespectful people from the city(ies) destroyed everything good about this place. it really made me regret staying here. noise is unbearable, bbq smell from all around is unbearable, and it continues until 10pm, then more or less quiet till 6am when old people start shouting again... breakfast was mediocre with good coffee, a unique millet(小米) beverage, but the bun sandwich was too heavy on the mayo and lacked ingredients. if you want coffee it is 170nt per cup. catch the sunrise if you can, but be warned it gets a bit cold even in October it was way below 20 in the morning, but i loved it.

C	Chlotus L. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It’s a really cool place like it’s from a fairy tale. All of little rooms and places are made of stones. Cozy place, nice view and tasty drink but the waffles were just all right, nothing special. It’s not just only a cafe, but also a hostel. You can make a plan come here on the way to Fenchihu Lake or Alishan National Park or stay here over night and see the sunrise somewhere.
K	KC vP on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Coffee & tea house and b&b. The best part is the terrace with a fabulous view over the valley and nearby tea farms. The coffee is sourced locally and excellent. About the b&b: a number of small houses built like a hobbit village. The style is applied consistently through the whole place but there is a form over function issue. The houses are not practical and the bathroom in our place was tiny and outdated.
J	Jen J. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cool atmosphere and creation, ok drinks, interesting snacks, horrible hospitality. Felt unwelcome and rushed to leave the whole time. Asked for milk for my coffee and they refused stating it is their principal to only serve their coffee black, nowhere on the menu did it say that the coffee was black. They set a 90 min limit for guest stay, a staff came 12 minutes before to tell us our time was up, even though there were only 3 other table with guests or anyone else coming for that matter.
K	Kuoloon Loh on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quaint little coffee stop in Alishan. Can get very busy so get ready to wait - to be seated and then to be served. Lots of IG-able spots. A lot of the metal deco is made of used car parts - very unique and shows the owner’s meticulous attention to details. Coffee is pricey but you’re really paying for the atmosphere.
