兩週前已經約好日期配送，司機早上說晚上配送，等了一整天結果司機最後說把單子退掉了沒有配送⋯⋯
浪費別人的時間，客服人員還不接電話。。。。。
非常可惡。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 司機沒來就直接發簡訊給我說因為我不在，請自行回電約時間，結果我下一秒馬上一直回電都不接聽，其中去電還有通話中的，那不接我電話又要發簡訊叫我回電是什麼意思？重點是我在家呀！無緣無故直接說我不在所以無法配送是怎麼了？好，我等隔天沒關係，結果去官網客訴後終於等到隔天營業所小姐來電，說晚上會配送，我一直等到20:30，都還沒收到！營業所小姐還說可以打給他，回電後自己先下班了只有語音找不到人，難怪這麼好心說可以回撥，總之我發出此文時是仍然無收到冷藏包裹，估計東西送到也過嚐鮮期了。非常糟糕的營業所！
