T	Ting Jhen Jhou on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 媽媽今日（10/29）早上08:25前去現場工廠買吐司一條，吃起來乾乾的且已是去邊的吐司，但邊邊確實黃黃的，看了才發現是昨日（10/28）生產，她同事比她早去買就是當日做的；早上08:57致電，接電話的小姐內容中完全沒有歉意，說效期有三天，今天本來就是賣昨天的吐司，那為何她的同事卻能買到當天的呢？且會去工廠現場買就是想要新鮮，隔天以後的不如就去大賣場或便利商店買別間的就好了吧？若要賣昨日的，是否當下要詢問一下買家是否接受呢？而不是這種態度。後來拿去退貨，小姐有退50$，但當下處理退貨的態度也不佳！ My mother went to the factory to buy a piece of toast at 08:25 today (10/29). I saw that it was yesterday (10). /28) For production, her colleague bought it earlier than she did it on the same day; when she called at 08:57 in the morning, the lady who answered the phone did not apologize at all. She said that the validity period is three days. Today was originally to sell yesterday’s toast, so why Can her colleague buy the same day? And I will go to the factory to buy it just because I want fresh. After the next day, why don't you go to a hypermarket or convenience store to buy something else? If you want to sell yesterday’s, should you ask the buyer if it accepts it now? Not this attitude. Later, the girl returned the goods, and the lady refunded 50$, but the attitude of handling the return is not good at the moment!
