蝶花平滑軟嫩的口感更是讓人一口驚豔，老闆表示這是需要特別留才有的部位。
鵝血糕比起一般的豬血糕的口感更是優秀

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ㄧ個人想吃鵝肉，老闆說鵝肉沒有100元，200起跳，門檻太高，秤胸肉時沒看到翅膀啊，為什麼有翅膀肉？沒有電子秤讓客人看到肉的重量跟價位，200元的肉大概是別間150的量，醬汁太鹹肉沒甜味，下次絕對不會再去買！

其他餐食菜色也都有水準之上。
唯一遺憾的是“白菜滷”蠻失望的...一小碟60元CP值不高，口味也一般般。
店內環境也算舒適乾淨！服務人員客氣！
雖然電話預訂跟外帶單多，但出餐速度算快。（老闆會提醒可能會稍等一些時間）

兩者的香氣都增添的很棒，
主角的鵝肉雖然單價高，
但也是讓人覺得有價值的，
主食、主菜、配菜的價格都算是能接受的，
雖然價格一個人吃還是稍高一些，
我點了飯、鵝胸肉、高麗菜一共260。
但感覺店家用心程度已經很足夠， 希望可以維持水準，
久吃一次是可以接受，並讓人體驗到美味的。
