而且在日本料理店居然可以吃到紅心芭樂起司蛋糕,真的是很棒的收尾?

但……每一道都沒有引出該食材的美味,1+1沒有>2,甚至削弱了!醋飯本身的酸度硬度OK,但和魚種一搭,兩個都平淡下去、變成沒有滋味。
現在的年輕師傅不會做〆,我並不意外;但所有的壽司都徒具其形~~~可惜了這些不錯的食材!
假以時日可以再開放出國時,建議去見學一番,記住好吃的味道!有時候人不是做不到,只是不知道。

Each piece crafted with care, the balance of different flavour attributes combined together with a little play of texture with different fish is just so fun & delicious, yea fun, or should I say fascinating? To be able to utilize the individual flavours of each ingredient and bring all of them together into 1 dish is kind of amazing.
The red vinegar (浙醋) they used for the rice thou that's something rarely used for sushi rice, a little strong at when u 1st try it but it still pairs with the fish veryyyyyy well! More mellow compare to normal vinegar
