★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 會追溯多年以前的照片，展示他們公司有著作權，然後告你違法使用、侵權。我司因為多年前請行銷公司經營粉專，就發生這樣的狀況。因為圖不是我司下載的，只能找當年的行銷公司負責。(如果行銷公司不幸倒了，就更麻煩~~)
若你想要和對方和解，這間公司一張圖開價3、4萬，國外圖庫公司一張美圖也不過800-1200。可見根本純心想要索取高價賠償，不是靠本業正當經營的圖庫公司。
如果我在這裡上班，我會覺得滿丟臉的，感覺就是到處威脅商家索討保護費。
不懂為什麼不好好的做生意，很難嗎?

This happened because our company asked a marketing company to run a fan club many years ago. Because the picture is not downloaded by our company, we can only ask the marketing company of that year to be responsible. (If the marketing company fails unfortunately, it will be more troublesome~~)
If you want to reconcile with the other party, this company offers a price of 30,000 to 40,000 yuan for a picture, and a beautiful picture from a foreign gallery company is only 800-1200. It can be seen that the pure-hearted want to claim high compensation is not a gallery company that operates properly in its own business.
If I work here, I'll feel ashamed, and I feel like I'm threatening businesses everywhere for protection money.
Don't know why it's not good to do business, is it difficult?
