The sales person helped me navigate the arcane labyrinth of discounts and free(ish) products while also reminding me to register online for even more swag. On top of this, another sales person set up my mom's phone (I gave her my old phone) and transferred her old data even though my mom forgot all her accounts and passwords and is generally tech illiterate. The product that needed to be ordered took an unexpectedly long time to arrive.
