★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 跟設計師說要推旁邊和後面的頭髮，完全沒有說要剪上面頭髮，設計師就擅自剪上面的頭髮，也沒問過客人，瀏海也沒問過，就自行修剪，很不愉快的體驗，留了3個月的頭髮，而且還花錢燙捲過，就這樣沒經過同意擅自剪掉，全都沒了，絕對不會再來，本來想說修一下旁邊和後面的頭髮就好了，現在全都要重留了，設計師O開頭的

雖然我不常光顧，但是兩次給店長服務的經歷都很不錯，非常用心經營客人和服務，洗頭很舒服、髮型設計也不錯
另外，我覺得客人們評價應該盡量避免情緒性字眼，也可以在接受服務前把需求表達清楚
店家和設計師都經過很多的培訓和時間琢磨，輕易給差評可以抹煞人長久的努力
不愉快可能是一時的，但是評價會一直留在網路上，影響經營者和認真工作的設計師們
Ps.我沒有受店家邀請留評價，這是我的個人觀點

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 兩週前就約好的5號設計師，我準時到，換來的是她在安康店耶,問我要不要去安康店，或自己打電話給她？結果是設計師根本就忘記跟我有約，ㄧ樣叫我去安康店，後來說改5:30，說她手上客人全滿，我問：現在是我的問題嗎？最後才說不然改3點，讓人覺得傻眼，這樣差的服務，不會再去
