跟設計師說要推旁邊和後面的頭髮,完全沒有說要剪上面頭髮,設計師就擅自剪上面的頭髮,也沒問過客人,瀏海也沒問過,就自行修剪,很不愉快的體驗,留了3個月的頭髮,而且還花錢燙捲過,就這樣沒經過同意擅自剪掉,全都沒了,絕對不會再來,本來想說修一下旁邊和後面的頭髮就好了,現在全都要重留了,設計師O開頭的

推薦設計師Anna 雖然我不常光顧,但是兩次給店長服務的經歷都很不錯,非常用心經營客人和服務,洗頭很舒服、髮型設計也不錯 另外,我覺得客人們評價應該盡量避免情緒性字眼,也可以在接受服務前把需求表達清楚 店家和設計師都經過很多的培訓和時間琢磨,輕易給差評可以抹煞人長久的努力 不愉快可能是一時的,但是評價會一直留在網路上,影響經營者和認真工作的設計師們 Ps.我沒有受店家邀請留評價,這是我的個人觀點
