食材多樣不說，尤其是滷味，非常的入味丶軟嫩；麵條有咬勁不爛，愛吃麵的人一定會喜歡；素食的米粉湯的溫和滋味，更是一定要品嚐的！另外，老闆告知，這裡的菜單只是讓我們參考的...其實，都可以幫我們客製化！只要講一聲通關密語，"老闆，我想要隱藏菜單"，老闆立馬讓你有耳目一新的餐點，讓你不虛此行。
講到這裡，是否感覺就只是素食而已嘛？
其不然，在老闆他爽朗的外表之下，卻是蘊涵豐富的人生經驗，在他面前，你可以感受到他熱情丶活力的一面！來到這邊的客人，可說是都是老主顧，好像是鄰居在話家常一樣，可以看到很多很多的笑容，無論是老闆或是顧客！
