★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 陽光山莊位於新店綠野香坡H區，可以搭公車624、綠15、棕7、橘9坐到「造鎮」或「綠野香坡」，緊鄰國賓山莊、綠中海二期、伴山別墅。
原本這裡的商店不多，只有小7和全家便利商店，和一家什麼食材都賣的社區小店，生活機能不怎麼好。隨著安坑輕軌的興建，居住的人口越來越多，有人潮就有錢潮，美廉社、麥味登和幾家小吃店都相繼開張。
距離一公里外的伴捂別墅，有家樂福超市、全家便利商店和美廉社，還有涮涮鍋、八方雲集鍋貼、日式料理等，選擇性較多。
在小7的對面有一條登山步道，步道走10多分鐘就可到達土城山中湖、文筆山、將軍嶺，更遠可通往烘爐地山、天上山，隨時都可以親近大自然。

Originally, there were not many shops here, only Xiao 7 and FamilyMart convenience store, and a small community store that sells all kinds of ingredients. The life function is not very good. With the construction of the Ankeng Light Rail, more and more people live, and there are people who have money, and Meilianshe, Maiweideng and several snack bars have opened one after another.
One kilometer away from Banmu Villa, there are Carrefour Supermarket, Family Mart convenience store and Meilianshe, as well as shabu-shabu, Bafang Yunji potstickers, Japanese cuisine, etc., with more choices.
There is a hiking trail on the opposite side of Xiao7. It takes more than 10 minutes to walk to Tucheng Mountain Lake, Wenbi Mountain, Jiangjun Ridge, and even farther to Hengludi Mountain and Tianshang Mountain. You can get close to nature at any time.
