目前向貴公司訂車兩次,都透過 email 聯繫,回信不慢而且資訊清楚,給車有一定的品質,司機人也很好,我都建議學弟妹繼續向貴公司訂車。 剛剛因發票事宜與貴公司通電話,接洽員很有禮貌的與我說明,但在中途突然跟我說,我在 google 給公司很差的評價,讓公司覺得不舒服。 我覺得非常驚訝與錯愕,目前這是我第一次在 google 上對貴公司做評價,不知道何來我給貴公司差評的說法?希望之後貴公司要查證之後再有此說法,才不會讓消費者感到不舒服。 10/31 更: 週一寄出欲退回的發票,週四就收到重新開立的發票,很迅速!

以前配合都沒問題(所以給兩星,不然這次的經驗我只想給一顆星) 直到今年2月的活動 跟司機說9點到點接送貴賓,9:30了尚未出現,說台北市車很多塞車 知道會塞車不會早點出門? 塞車我的錯嗎? 開到一半還拋錨 我真的是不敢相信 害我一直被貴賓客訴

Tour operator/ Agent / Guide/ travel company exist to assist their client to better plan their trip to enjoy their precious holiday. As your client or customer, we expect to get opinion that we do not see from picture, information from google. But during the booking was made, the company promise to give us the best from earth and heaven; also stating the fact that how other firm or company mislead us and gave us false promises. But after booking was done, and full payment was made; the actual agenda happened. But we still keep our positive thought so that we could enjoy our holiday! The first experience with the “driver”, seriously disappoint us already, why? 1)Driver or Guide - should be professional, if not fully facilitate but at least guide the client to achieve what we have plan and agreed by the company for what the client has paid. But this driver kept complaining, cursing, and ranting; we as a foreign tourist - how can we go against such attitude as we are worried that he would makes things worst for us for the days to come 2)Bad communication - why would the itinerary not sync between Malaysia (Agent) and Taiwan ( Driver)? Isn’t is ridiculous? why what was sent to client and driver has discrepancy 3)Driver or Guide - not be truthful!! Why we as Client that has paid significant of fee to subscribe to such professional service and yet we still have bear the cost of packages that is not 100% that we have sign up for? Why the during the ground arrangement did not make thing clear to the Driver? And was the driver even train to handle such issue? Everyone has plan far ahead for the place that we expect to visit and Driver did not advise or guide throughout the trip. 4) Driver or Company - not being ethical and being very irresponsible - i seriously have never have a vacation that allow me experience to stay in hotels that gave me all the below in 8 days A)paranormal activity - Lighting, ambient, and creepy setup like a ghost house B)McDonald hotel - to serve breakfast with McDonald coupon, knowing the food portion is only enough to feed only 3 years old toddler C) Tour agent being to irresponsible - we were promise to stay at a place that we could see certain view and also nearer to our next location, but ended up in a scary and close to abandon town, with no food, ended up eating cup noodle, and biscuit. So experiencing the feeling of a fugitive on the run or like illegal immigrant
