花了$3000清洗地毯，第一次被送回來是完全沒有清理過，沒有吸塵、且有異味。
電話詢問後，接電話的人都十分肯定有清潔過。
去電詢問是否是上次疏漏掉沒洗到，得到的答覆是，有清洗，但是吸塵沒洗乾淨。
要求他們重新收回再清潔，等他送回來看結果
I don’t know if the company has established a complete service standard process
I spent $3000 to clean the carpet. The first time I was sent back, it was not cleaned at all, there was no vacuum, and there was a peculiar smell.
