炒麵的份量很多，麵條炒的軟硬剛好，豬肝也給很多
炒飯也很不錯吃，蛋炒的很香，份量沒炒麵來的多
點了一些滷味
蛋吃起來有點像鐵蛋很特別，顏色整個有滷進去

雖然用餐環境一般般但是有冷氣飲料等
菜色也很多元連小菜都很入味好吃喔

豬耳朵刀工正確，就可知道老闆了解自己的食材也處理得很好，基本上可以相信他不會用到不好的食材。海帶認真滷過味道偏甜，搭上青蔥非常好吃。

原先路過時，以為只是間小攤販，沒有內用的座位，沒想到靠近一看，店內空間倒是不小。炒飯粒粒分明，飯粒偏硬，有嚼勁，炒飯內的牛肉略乾，但不致乾柴無水分，碎蛋的部分很特別，居然能吃到類似丼飯的熟度以及大火過熟，酥脆的煎蛋邊，照理來說，炒飯的大火應該都是乾偏焦的蛋，這點令我印象比較深刻。加的小辣有種生辣椒的嗆味，很開胃，炒飯的份量不少，店面使用的紙盒比一般的Size略大一些，雖然飯盒沒裝滿，但分量比起一般的快炒店，絕對不會比較少。
