★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 安康精華路線上旁通的住家和飲食混合著的生活消費區塊，足夠寬的人行道上還有公園椅可供小憩，是安康區域內分散的商業行號區塊中的一個俱備最妥當的地段，縱使不算太俱規模，但就近解決生活飲食點滴，從安康路頂好超市進來的的話，只幾步路，值得。

基地方正、備游泳池。
社區一樓多為餐飲店面、用餐方便。
CONS：
地下停車場只有兩層、位置不足。
且水塔設置在地下停車場，佔據位置。
游泳池荒廢填池之後，也沒開放住戶使用。
開社區住戶所有權大會，不小心晚報到，就是不給報到禮金，不通人情！
PROS:
The base area is right and the swimming pool is prepared.
The first floor of the community is mostly catering and convenient for dining.
CONS:
The underground parking lot has only two floors and is insufficiently located.
And the water tower is set up in the underground parking lot, occupying a place.
After the swimming pool was abandoned and filled, it was not open to residents.
