鹹圓粄:吃起來像「超大顆鹹湯圓」,皮薄軟Q+餡料豐富,炒紅蔥頭的鹹香味很濃郁。
不光是這樣蒸好直接拿著"乾吃"好吃又挺方便,
老闆說也可以訂購冷凍的,回去加些茼蒿菜煮成湯的鹹湯圓也很讚喲!
水粄:看起來是白色碗粿,記憶中小時候吃過,那年代只有配甜甜醬油膏,不像眼前這碗舖了滿滿炒料,老闆一開蓋,香到忍不住想多吸兩口氣。
下次要試試他的油飯,看起來不油,這點太難得了。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 慕名而來!朋友推薦我一定要來吃過一次傳統"屏東六堆"的客家美食-鹹圓粄,被它平凡的外表騙到XD,真的沒想到這麼好吃,口感好有嚼性,內餡(蝦米.瘦肉.油葱....神祕炒料?) 莫名底很對我的胃,完全不同於新竹南圧的客家美食。後續嘴饞又吃了南部肉粽和油飯,耳根子軟一聽老闆介紹粽葉是自家無農藥種的月桃葉,就又給它buy了下去...(小小攤位像變魔術一樣, 冒出一大堆東西XDD)。
ps: 老闆好貼心,知道我是外帶會馬上吃,竟然幫我把粽子拆開裝進紙碗裡! (賺到我愛的香菜,科科科)

ps: The boss is very caring, knowing that I will eat it immediately when I take it out, and even help me to disassemble the dumplings and put them in a paper bowl!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sometimes the hole in the wall restaurants and even the wall-less restaurants are the ones you have to look for! This is a Hakka style Zong zi (Chinese is called 月桃粽。) The rice is filled with the fragrant aroma of the 月桃葉 and stuffed with various items including braised pork, sauteed mushrooms and peanuts. The zong zi is topped with a homemade savory sauce and hot sauce. Great service and delicious food!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So good! I wish I had taken some pictures before I started eating. If you want to try some Hakka style street food, definitely swing by here. It's a tiny stand but it's well worth the visit.
