★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 機器一直出問題，無法進場而導致後面車主下車跑來罵人，工作人員說她手動處理進場紀錄，結果出場時，明明繳錢了，車牌辨識機器卻說沒有繳錢！工作人員上來看了繳錢的發票還想要再收一次75元？停車場整個動線也不好，也沒有電梯，停車場裡面的車道出入的紅綠燈也常常故障，不知道到底有沒有車進出！這是我看過最爛的停車場！

但是，入口設計車牌辨識，還要開車窗按鈕確認？？？常有一堆車卡在那，弄得一頭霧水，為什麼不跟eTag合作收費呢。而且車牌辨識的收費只限現金，沒有其他電子支付，實在很不方便！
期待儘快改善，會大力給五顆星！
