五點多打過去訂位,幾乎一半的菜都沒料了不能點。是家庭式的餐廳,老闆娘是主廚,外場人手不足並混亂。如果問菜進度等闆娘就會生氣,但她脾氣也來得快去得快。
如你不介意服務可以來吃,味道濃郁辛辣很道地,並可選辣度。干鍋蝦和水煮牛都不錯。

來自老闆娘當大廚帶給大家家鄉重慶的味道,但必須說店內很多菜色在大陸各省都有,所以如果在大陸吃過同名菜色不用想說會有完全一樣的味道,畢竟每道菜色在每位廚師有自己的詮釋方式,餐廳內可以擺上大圓桌,所以也歡迎10人以上用餐
既然出自重慶而且以川法詮釋,想當然爾會以辣為主軸貫穿整間餐廳,大部分的料理都可以選擇麻度及辣度,但菜單只有一行可選,如果需要中麻小辣或是小麻大辣這樣麻度辣度不一樣的需求請跟老闆娘說,原本想點烤魚但服務員說要等很久建議不要,結果吃飽後老闆娘反而說建議剛剛我們應該點烤魚,料理時間剛好夠我們吃,這段感覺不太好
因為之前拜訪重慶時微微辣的口味就能滿足我對辣的需求甚至吃的嘴疼,所以只選了小麻小辣,所以整體麻度辣度都不足,酸湯魚與江蘇上海一帶口味不同,這胡椒味較重另外泡椒的酸湯不足
另外酸辣土豆絲炒的是剁椒,與一般習慣醋溜常用宮保不相同
而乾鍋花椰沒有見到常見的五花肉煉油做乾鍋
口水雞小麻小辣酸度整體香氣不足外,這雞兩地真的有差,台灣的雞真的少了一個味
下次估計要來個中麻中辣來試試,再還沒辦法出國大啖美食的情況下,可以到這裡來止止癢打打牙祭
