一開始說會詢價完再傳訊息報價，但完全沒有聯絡客戶；送去之後兩個半月中間也是我得一直主動聯絡，中間問過一次價錢，結果最後比原本的價錢再多了兩百，反應整個過程沒有主動告知後，得到的回應也十分敷衍。
不推皮件送這裡，也只是再外送而已，不如自己一開始去找專門洗皮件的店。
This is not the first time to send a moldy leather bag. I can accept the price of hard to wash, but I cannot accept the process here.
At the beginning, I said that I would send a message and quote after the inquiry, but I did n’t contact the customer at all; I had to actively contact the middle of two and a half months after I sent it. After the whole process was not actively notified, the response was very perfunctory.
If you do n’t push leather goods here, you just send them out. You might as well go to a shop that specializes in leather goods washing at first.
