不管肉的還是菜的一個都13元、味道是很不錯啦!但是因為沒有限制購買每個人的數量,運氣不好要給他等好幾鍋……要有耐心的排隊……

開車經過,就眼見排隊的人龍 剛好有停車位,自然就下車跟著排隊囉!幸好沒等太久,水煎包就出爐了! 老闆的水煎包內餡分肉包與菜包…… 先說外皮吧!沒有煎焦的底部,外皮屬於軟嫩好入口,火候可以控制得如此剛好,一則老闆就用計時器控制時間,再則麵體本身老闆是現揉現包現煎,所以等待是值得的,老闆只有2個鐵鍋,賣完一鍋可得再等等囉! 至於內餡……肉餡的部分沒有過多的調味,豬肉香氣就被包裹在麵體裡,有麵香,有清淡的肉餡香,好吃又不油膩!菜餡的部分,以高麗菜為主,菜清甜然後外部麵體,好吃爽口,會回味無窮的那種感覺! 排隊時,遇到不知是記者或是網紅想拍攝採訪,卻被老闆勸阻,原因是……人手不足,不希望太過張揚!或許老闆想低調,賣出自己能力所及即可……我在旁只想告訴老闆……老闆加油!
