看完評論實在覺得可笑 Ariesest Leaf 真的不懂為什麼一定要有電梯? 這應該不是任何一間公司的責任與義務吧?頂多算得上是便民而已 再來在這個全民共防疫的期間 出示實聯制很正常,任何人只要有做確實都不用擔心被懷疑 我上次有去小姐態度也很客氣 試問難道您覺得自己刷完服務人員就不用檢視了嗎 那人人都說自己刷好了即可何必檢查 最後防疫期間沒有人不想保護自己保護他人 降低接觸不是防疫的方法之一嗎? 我申請自動扣款這些問題也都不會再發生 若您覺得每個人都要幫你拿卡過去刷 您在全家、7-11消費時要用多元支付或是信用卡、悠遊卡不也是自己放著嗎? 感覺根本存心刁難 我想在現在時代裡面服務業佔比非常高,若您同為服務業您希望將自己暴露在高風險的工作場域中嗎? 我想您說的這幾點真的僅能作為參考,因為說服力太低…….. 無論從何面向,這些感受都太主觀了 至少我覺得每次需要新申裝或是辦理其他業務時服務人員的態度即便不同,至少友善! 網路動不動就掉速到底哪招啊? 連個YOUTUBE都看不起來120M/50剩10MB/S,4G都比較快我還花那麼多錢找罪受,反映N次每次都說有工程,哪那麼多工程會影響到用戶....倒是催繳從沒慢過,貴公司請用你們的催繳效率反映到網路上好嗎

太跨張了...用你們網路用了1年多快兩年,從來沒有被告知有綁約2年這種東西,上禮拜聯絡你們客服一位男性,跟他訊問退網路相關問題,也沒有說什麼不到2年需要違約的問題,直到今天才從你們帳務那邊收到電話== 你們家網路費2個月多貴 也很不穩...,還有莫名奇妙冒出來的2000違約金??? 每2個月被當一次盤子還不夠? 網路費貴、品質也不好,當初說退租會有人來拿機器,上禮拜5月底的時候打給你們客服,服務員還跟我說要我自己 本人、親自把機器拿回你們公司,還說我網路費沒繳之後網路是按天數算(當初裝機器根本沒提到,只提到你們會有人來收機器!!!!),最後客服還跟我說那個送機器的只是送貨的,當然不清楚歸還的事項...他是那你們公司派來的,他不清楚、講錯話...所以是我的問題嗎?? 你們有在做教育訓練嗎?什麼鬼扯理由 都已經妥協6月按天數算、我親自拿機器過去你們公司,今天又跑出一個違約金問題,過幾天會不會又說要我怎樣怎樣?不要把客人當盤子可以嗎? 我唯一有問題的地方,就是不該只聽你們口頭說明,應該自己確認合約的所有內容,我非常確定當初裝機的時候,你們沒有口頭告知 提早歸還會產生違約金這件事,我違約金的時間範圍、金額、這件事本身 都是今天才知道==
