★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 給一顆星都嫌多，用Irent 租車，依約定時間去取車，結果發現現場沒車，整天行程都被耽誤，打了客服反應，客服只說是因為前一個用車人未依規定時間還車，並說會請新店門市的人員來跟我聯絡，門市打了一通電話過來因為我沒接到電話，就沒再聯絡我了，還要我自己再去電爭取我應得到的補償

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ You can only rent a car with intl. driving ID, not a scooter. Cars start at NTD2,500 per day, scooter is NTD800. Attitude of the guy was not the best.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff aren't very friendly, they are just kind of there doing the jobs that they don't particularly enjoy. You'll be ok with their services just don't expect warm reception or friendly customer service if anything goes wrong.
