去年發生事故,五月向貴公司辦理出險, 貴公司理賠專員邱柏銓處理客戶案件一拖再拖,回訊態度也十分輕浮,毫無尊重。 直到今年一月收到對方保險公司的法院通知仍然如此(回訊說正在處理,實際上就是擺爛),需要三催四請才開始處理,雖現案件已處理完成,但體驗十分糟糕。 感謝邱先生替我上了一課,將來不會再保貴公司的任何一種險。 —3/2更新— 已經簽和解書卻仍收到隔天要出席開庭的簡訊通知,打電話過去問人員態度不耐煩且讓我感到十分不舒服,若不是最低只能評一星絕對不會給這麼高。
