PS:可能因為風水的關係，服務櫃檯並不在門口視線所及的範圍，反而是在進入室內的左手邊。

貴公司理賠專員邱柏銓處理客戶案件一拖再拖，回訊態度也十分輕浮，毫無尊重。
直到今年一月收到對方保險公司的法院通知仍然如此(回訊說正在處理，實際上就是擺爛），需要三催四請才開始處理，雖現案件已處理完成，但體驗十分糟糕。
感謝邱先生替我上了一課，將來不會再保貴公司的任何一種險。

已經簽和解書卻仍收到隔天要出席開庭的簡訊通知，打電話過去問人員態度不耐煩且讓我感到十分不舒服，若不是最低只能評一星絕對不會給這麼高。

I have signed the settlement but still received a text message notice that I will attend the court session the next day. I called and asked the staff to be impatient and made me feel very uncomfortable. If it wasn’t for the lowest rating, I would never have given such a high rating.
