對大型重機騎士極不友善，裡面有一些住戶只為自己多的汽車車位能夠趕快出租，極力反對大型重機停社區停車場好讓車位可以租給這些重機騎士 ; 不然就是硬凹一些重機不安全, 多佔一個機車車位會讓自己的停機車權益受損等可笑理由。
錯誤引用法規，宣稱重機在外面只能停汽車格 ; 但該法規是道路交通安全條例，難道冠德創新殿地下停車場是道路嗎!?
冠德創新殿是好建案，只可惜了裡面的某些自私住戶!
最後提醒 : 有大型重機騎士者，千萬不要考慮這裡!
If you are a heavy machine knight, don't buy it here!
It is extremely unfriendly to the heavy-duty riders. There are some residents who can rent out their own car parking spaces as soon as possible. They strongly oppose the large-scale heavy-duty truck parking in the community parking lot so that the parking spaces can be rented to these heavy-duty riders; otherwise, some heavy machinery is unsafe. Occupying a locomotive parking space will damage your own parking vehicle rights and other ridiculous reasons.
Misquoting the regulations, claiming that heavy machinery can only park cars outside; but the regulations are road traffic safety regulations. Is the underground parking lot of Guande Innovation Hall a road!?
Guande Innovation Hall is a good project, but it's a pity that some selfish residents inside!
Last reminder: Those who have large heavy machine knights, don't think about it!
