Both are so good:) Kimchee one is mild and tasty as well. It was surprisingly good. You should try. For me, this is one of the best in town.
行ってみたかったローカルの有名店。そもそも水煎包が好きな上、完全に揚げ焼きということで、ジューシーで美味しかった。赤い点がついたものは午前限定のキムチ包(韓式泡菜)。中身はマイルドなキムチに湯葉っぽいものや春雨を和えたもの。これはあまり期待していなかったんですが、思いのほかよかった!もちろんノーマルの肉包も。どちらもかなり美味い。One of the best 水煎包です。

A famous local store that I wanted to visit. In the first place, I like water-roasted wrapping, and because it was completely fried, it was juicy and delicious. The ones with red dots are kimchi wraps (Korean style foam vegetables) that are only available in the morning. The contents are mild kimchi with yuba-like and vermicelli. I didn't expect this much, but it was better than I expected! Of course, normal meat baozi is also available. Both are quite delicious. One of the best water shengjian mantou.

Kimchi fried buns for $20, cabbage fried buns for $15, and leek boxes for $40, all have thin skins and lots of stuffing. I personally recommend kimchi-flavored fried buns, filled with kimchi, tofu skin, vermicelli, green onions..., friends who love fried buns can try it!

煎包— 皮薄些微油,內餡多(高麗菜&絞肉)味道清淡。
韭菜盒子— 形狀很大隻,內餡跟煎包很像,差別在於有多韭菜和大顆豆乾(*沒有冬粉)豆乾增加嚼勁~吃到最後剩下外面一圈餅皮。
有點油膩,建議配茶或冰飲搭配,不過是不錯下午茶選擇。

Leek box — It’s very big in shape, and the filling is similar to fried buns. The difference lies in how many leeks and large dried bean curd (*no winter noodles) dried bean curd to increase the chewiness. At the end of the meal, there is a circle of pie crust left on the outside.
It is a bit greasy, it is recommended to match with tea or iced drinks, but it is a good afternoon tea choice.

當時買到泡菜口味的 單吃不加醬就蠻好吃了
煎到金黃酥脆的外皮還保有麵皮香 真的讚!
韭菜盒子也不賴 只是感覺起鍋久了吃起來涼涼的

皮還蠻厚的,尤其是在皺摺處

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 整個金黃顏色挺誘人,果然如其店名「黃金脆皮」。 口感就不像水煎包,較無“包”類的麵粉香。內餡,韓式泡菜包內有泡菜並加上豆皮。高麗菜包的內餡切的很細,較像絞肉與絞菜的水餃餡。
喜歡酥脆口感的人,應該很喜歡。
喜歡麵粉香的,可能較不適合。
