洗衣前會仔細檢查衣物狀態，如果發現有問題會通知客人。
洗衣速度不是很快，但是我送的時間適逢年後大量送件，所以可接受。
服務人員態度親切有禮。
價格稍微高了一些。
洗完的衣服挺乾淨、舒適，也有用塑膠套與衣架確實整理好；可惜領口與口袋內的乾洗粉末與異味未能完全清除。
