★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 鍋底只有薑母鴨，由於是用炭火加熱，在桌邊吃聞得到濃濃的炭火香。湯頭溫潤，不會太辣也不會太鹹，有淡淡薑味，鍋底的鴨肉不多。麻油米粉麻油味不重。推薦點凍豆腐跟鴨肉丸。
建議可以訂位，此次在寒流10度以下的冬日週六17:00多前往用餐，外帶排隊的人潮很多。
