★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 診所轉介到新店門市進行檢查，6/6當天檢查完畢後科林人員先詢問我何時會回去診所複診，我說6/13，科林允諾會在這之前回傳檢查報告給診所。
但今天回診所複診，診所卻沒有檢查報告，因為科林根本到現在都還沒回傳我的報告給診所，而且我還不是今天唯一一位有這樣情形的病人。於是我今天白去診所複診.....改天還要再找時間回診看科林的報告！
不是診所的錯，但反而是診所人員一直和我不好意思。
The clinic was referred to the Xindian store for inspection. After the inspection on 6/6, the Colin staff first asked when I would return to the clinic for a follow-up visit. I said 6/13. Colin promised to return the inspection report to the clinic before that.
But when I returned to the clinic for a follow-up visit today, the clinic did not have an examination report, because Colin has not yet returned my report to the clinic, and I am not the only patient in this situation today. So I went to the clinic today for a return visit... I have to find another time to return to the clinic to see Colin's report!
It's not the clinic's fault, but the clinic staff has been embarrassed with me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 11/11下午三點，兩位技師的服務態度很好，其中一位女技師接待已經八旬的家母，非常有耐心而親切，維修清潔很到位，而且還不收費用，家母十分感謝。
At 3pm on 11/11, the service attitude of the two technicians was very good. One of the female technicians received her 80-year-old mother. She was very patient and kind. The maintenance and cleaning are in place, and there is no charge. The mother is very grateful.
