★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 湘涵老師主要是教導有氧、瑜珈，工作室也有其他老師，甚至還能上「流行舞蹈MV」的課程喔！這邊的上課時間很彈性，不會像很多健身教室或舞蹈教室必須每堂都上課，以票券方式在收課程費用（期限不會太短，很好安排時間喔）
除了教學瑜珈有氧以外，老師本身在美容美體方面也有鑽研，舞蹈工作室旁邊是她的油壓精油按摩工作室，自己本身也是跟著老師油壓按摩，搭到運動同時也雕塑體態的效果。
湘涵老師是一位很棒的老師！還會時常傳遞一些運動健身飲食的觀念給學生們！在新店地區也已經有很多學生跟著她上課喔！

In addition to teaching yoga aerobics, the teacher himself has also studied in beauty and body. The dance studio is next to her oil pressure oil massage studio. She is also following the teacher oil pressure massage to get the effect of exercise and sculpture.
Teacher Xiang Han is a great teacher! I will often pass on some concepts of sports, fitness and diet to the students! In Xindian area, there are already many students who have followed her in class!
