園上園

超讚，管委會認真有能力，住戶都和善，並且多次獲得節能社區優勝，是不可多得的社區

之前不會按只給一顆心，現在改正喔~。園上園這裡交流道旁是會吵了點，如果怕吵就不要住這，精神衰弱者不適合。適合喜歡熱鬧交通方便的人，因為窗戶不要大開就沒什麼聲音，這裡非常方便，房價又比較合理，格局我很喜歡，高樓層明亮視野好，住了10年越來越喜歡。

唉！有人放大型煙火半夜被吵醒很多次，上網查才知道這件事已經是附近居民的惡夢，已經持續幾年了

因女兒一家住這社區，這次載外孫女回家社區加強門禁管制，環境清潔消毒不在話下，本來電梯外大門以前都關起來，最近為了讓空氣流通白天打開晚上才關門

交通方便，但是離商店太遠，馬路很寬不易通行，停車方便

Not a good place

Nice building with a great location. The only downside is that they consistently try to deliver my packages to the wrong floor and the staff are unwilling to check when I mention that my tracking number says the package was delivered. I finally had UPS talk with them and they still do the same thing. I have to repeatedly ask them to look and describe the packages. Once I even saw the package on a table with my name and they wouldn't give it to me. They said because they wrote the 2nd floor that they had to check with the manager even though the original shipping address said my floor and I showed my ID to prove it was my name. The building is next to Carrefour, the expressway and the MRT is a quick walk away. Many good restaurants near by and the building has a small gym. I am not impressed with the pool, but most buildings with pools don't have them open very long each year. It's a common problem in Taiwan. Families that live here are generally friendlier and more talkative than other places that I have lived. If you can stand the staff and constantly having things given to the wrong people it's a nice place to live.

traffic jams are continuously happening where leads to be an enormously noisy place. Residents tend to park indiscriminately, blocking the road every time.
