不常去看診,所以不大熟悉兩個叫號燈,櫃檯小姐很好地說明若不指定醫生看右邊的叫號燈(會比較快) 領藥時,護理師也很仔細地教導如何擦藥,也說明這些問題夏天很常見啊等等,讓我覺得自己雖然被感染也得到了安慰,謝謝那位護理師,只是多幾句話的關心和說明,令聽者心情就不一樣了~~

因為這邊開的口服藥和藥膏對我來說效果比較好,已經來看異位性皮膚炎快十年了。除了人多排比較久外,沒遇過某些評論說的醫生護士櫃檯態度不好的問題。 今天來發現改名為超亮皮膚科,招牌變更,室內也稍微重新裝潢。原本以為搬家了,還好櫃檯說醫生都是一樣的只是換了負責人~(鬆一口氣)

雖然看到好評差評都有 但今天我付了掛號費以為要等收據之類的 結果被櫃檯的凶 雖然知道服務業很辛苦 但那個時段的時候人很少 我們消費者也不是花錢來受氣的 希望態度可以好一點 然後跟醫生講皮膚狀況 醫生也不會確認詳情 例如有沒有過敏之類的都沒有 就直接開藥 感覺有點疏忽了 只是就今天的消費體驗講實話而已 並沒有刻意拉踩 理性看待每條評論

櫃檯小姐態度極差!!且做事不謹慎!當我媽媽6.打電話掛號時,櫃臺表示當場排隊即可,但是當我們於8.45到了現場時,櫃檯小姐卻以「醫生有會議要開(非臨時的會議),因此8.30已經停止看診了」為由,拒絕服務看診,且毫無歉意的請我們去其他醫院。為什麼不早點說?我以後再也不來這家皮膚科了,櫃檯小姐辜負了這家醫院的好資源及名聲。

I went there on Saturday. My overall experience is really nice and fast except waiting around 30min. But that part is totally understandable since it was weekend.
