這次點了胡椒蝦、三杯蝦和胡椒鳳螺~
單純只是個人喜好的出發點!
但真的都好好吃、很入味~
老闆也是真功夫~但真的要花蠻多的時間喔!
建議先打電話去點菜,再去取餐,這樣比較不用等太久。
因為我們是要外帶回家小酌,畢竟開車不喝酒啊⋯⋯
所以當晚等了蠻久的,不過老闆非常熱情,會教你怎麼吃鳳螺等等,也會和你分享人生大道理!也很有耐心~~
光看他在用烘烤鳳螺、胡椒蝦就知道???

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 點了燒酒蝦、胡椒蝦、還有隱藏料理檸檬蝦。使用泰國活蝦,新鮮感覺的出來,因為肉質很飽滿,Q彈,肉多,而且頭很大,每隻蝦子都有滿滿的蝦膏,實在令人感到滿足。老闆是鱷魚伯,是個非常健談有個性的好人。雖然有人留言說感覺老闆話多、自大,但我卻不這樣認為。因為從跟他的對談中,我也習得很多人生哲理。我也感覺出他想做的東西,不是只有表面華麗那種,比如說他不想做吃裝潢的餐廳,也不想假裝客氣賣東西給不喜歡的人。鱷魚伯是真正職業廚人,對料理是很有堅持的。檸檬蝦的檸檬汁是現擠的,鱷魚伯說現擠的才有香氣,用現成罐裝檸檬汁雖然會酸,但是就少了一些味道。我個人覺得這裡的活蝦非常好吃,推薦給大家!

The crocodile said that the freshly squeezed lemon juice has an aroma. Although the ready-made canned lemon juice will be sour, it will lose some flavor. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 位在新北市新店區北新路上的「黃金海岸 - 活蝦料理」是一間不太起眼的街邊餐廳。若不是某天為了買寵物用品而順路經過,恐怕是永遠都不會發現這間店的存在。
黃金海岸活蝦料理 - 招牌胡椒蝦
位在北新路旁的這間小店,買了兩次,一直以為它只是一間純粹的外賣店。
要不是看 Google 地圖其他網友評論的心得,還真不知道這是一間能內用的店。
老闆的個性十分「健談」,其健談程度不見得每位客人都能接受,有些人應該會覺得老闆的話實在太多了一點。
不過平心而論,老闆「健談」的內容都是圍繞在他對於「蝦類料理」的堅持上頭。
從站在店門口點下「胡椒蝦」的那刻起,老闆就會自豪地說明那些蝦是如何養殖的,甚至會熱情地抓一隻活蝦出來給你拍照。
接著他會開始熱情地分享該如何正確地吃一隻蝦,從手勢、剝法到咀嚼的方法,有些人可能會覺得囉嗦,但平心而論,有些內容還真的蠻有趣的。
扭開蝦頭,咬下三分之一的蝦,嘴巴緊閉,不吞口水,感受那胡椒的香氣,實在是人間一大樂事。
整體來說風味不錯,烤得也恰到好處。
不過由於是現點現烤的店,所以不想等待的話,建議是先電話預約,過段時間再去自取會比較恰當。

I bought this small shop next to Beixin Road twice and always thought it was just a pure takeaway shop.
If it weren't for the comments of other netizens on Google Maps, I really don't know that this is a store that can be used internally.
The boss's personality is very "talkative", and his chatty level may not be acceptable to every customer. Some people should think that the boss's words are too much.
But in all fairness, the boss's "talkative" content revolves around his insistence on "shrimp dishes".
From the moment you click "Pepper Shrimp" at the door of the store, the owner will proudly explain how those shrimps are farmed, and even enthusiastically grab a live shrimp and take pictures for you.
Then he will start to enthusiastically share how to eat a shrimp correctly, from gestures, peeling methods to chewing methods, some people may find it long-winded, but in all fairness, some of the content is really interesting.
Twisting off the head of the shrimp, biting down one third of the shrimp, keeping the mouth tightly closed, not swallowing saliva, and feeling the aroma of the pepper is a great joy in the world.
Overall, the flavor is good, and the roast is just right.
However, since it is a bake-to-order shop, if you don't want to wait, it is recommended to make an appointment by phone first, and it will be more appropriate to pick it up after a while.
