★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 一直以來都在這家剪髮，這次我的設計師請假，所以請了一位Sam男設計師來代班，向他簡單說明自己想要的髮型，簡簡單單跟之前一樣的方式提出我的需求，別的設計師在這家都做得到，也剪的讓人滿意，唯獨他說辦不到，"如果要指定這個髮型就要去專業髮型沙龍"。
感到不可思議，是否真有依客人需求去嘗試一下也好，並非何等難事，剪不好也不會怪你，但連試試看都不肯就說做不到。何況需要的器具就在推車上面也懶得拿。
用電話預約就不用說了，提早到還先去幫晚到的客人染燙。
一竿子打翻一船人了。其他設計師一直以來都是不錯的。

Needless to say, make an appointment by phone. If you arrive early, you can dye and iron the late guests first.
