我回：怎麼了嗎？寵物不能保險嗎？
還是一直笑一直笑笑笑笑...
請問妳是有在尊重人嗎？
推出寵物保險方案不就是給需要的人來詢問嗎？
寵物也是生命不能保險嗎？難道妳不知道寵物看診比人還貴嗎？
之後有個男生來服務，態度就好很多也有分析方案，只是那女生態度讓人很不舒服，拜託....有點同理心，不要一粒老鼠屎壞了一鍋粥，麻煩員工訓練請加強！

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 走進去時沒人主動搭理，我都懷疑我是誤入了什麼奇怪的地方，我詢問後才有一位小姐出來回答我的問題，然後詢問項目後跟我說，這裡是營業處，請到板橋或信義申請哦，我整個大傻眼，華南產物官網就有顯示這間門市出來，結果這個營業處不知道幹嘛用的？ 還要特別到其他地區才能夠申請理賠？不如不要顯示這間門市，也拜託網路上寫清楚不要讓人白跑一趟好嗎？
