只是問一下水龍頭牙是否相符，看都不看就回，我不知道。
門口雖然有qrcode，客人進出沒有刷條碼也沒人管理或提醒，沒有確實落實實名制!!!
 Very poor service attitude
I just asked if the faucet teeth matched, and I would reply without seeing it, I don't know.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 本來以為評價只是誇大，沒想到服務態度真的不好，店裡根本沒人打電話詢問還口氣很差，不知道在急什麼，進門也完全沒人在櫃檯招呼。想買一般的燈管還不能買單支要一次買5支，不會再考慮去消費。
I thought the evaluation was just an exaggeration, but I didn't expect the service attitude was really bad. No one in the store called to ask and the tone was bad. I didn't know what was in a hurry, and no one at the counter greeted me at the door. If you want to buy a general tube, you can’t buy a single tube, you have to buy 5 tubes at a time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 態度爛到不行!打電話詢問退貨事宜，彷彿是欠他們似的，開口直接講法律規定怎樣....笑死 只是詢問退貨就搞得像是要上法院，只想賣東西，不願處理售後的爛店!新店一堆五金行，千萬不要來這家受氣!
The attitude is so bad! Calling to ask about returns, as if I owe them to them, and directly talk about what the law stipulates.... Just asking about returns makes it seem like I have to go to court, I just want to sell things, and I don't want to deal with it. Bad after-sales store! There are a bunch of hardware stores in the new store, don't come here to get angry!
