☑蛋黃酥(60元) =烤過，切開，看那截面，這蛋黃酥有點東西；上方的餅皮，很明顯的有夾層，應該是想增加口感吧。入口，唉唷，一開始迷人的奶油香，然後凸顯的蛋黃自身的香氣；豆沙泥軟硬適中，不會過乾略帶點酸的，讓整體更有層次。5.5分，不錯吃，但價格也高貴不少。
