筆者家母生前於此住了兩年多，所以膫解頗深。
A fairly professional chain of nursing homes, the quality of personnel, the equipment and cleanliness of the district, and the care of residents are all in the upper and middle levels, and the fees are of course slightly higher.
The author's mother lived here for more than two years, so she has a deep understanding.
