The representative (sorry I didn’t copy her name) I spoke with was very helpful and patient - I asked a lot of stupid questions; so the process was totally painless and quick. The recipient, my mom, likes the flowers delivered very much and was impressed with the packaging and a nice Mother’s Day card that went with the followers, which I’m also surprised that the card itself is another proof that they really put their heart into it and not just printed out my words on a cheap looking random card. Overall, I’m very pleased that I picked flowerdj for the most meaningful holiday and important person in my life - my mom. Thank you, flowerdj!i
