★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 天花板漏水，查出來後是樓與樓之間的防水沒做好，建商竟說不是主結構不保固（契約中主結構保固15年，房子才7年）。樓上住戶打開浴缸下方，還有一堆廢土與垃圾。
每次打電話去，承辦小姐不是外出就是開會，感覺在躲電話，不想負責！很差勁！
The ceiling was leaking, and it was found that the waterproofing between the building was not done properly. The builder actually said that the main structure was not guaranteed (the main structure was guaranteed for 15 years in the contract, and the house was only for 7 years). Residents upstairs opened the bathtub, and there was a pile of waste soil and garbage.
Every time I call, the hostess will either go out or have a meeting. She feels like she's hiding from the phone and doesn't want to be responsible! Very bad!
