我是長期(至少10年)在長安總店購買的顧客.也非常喜歡貴店的產品.所以總是在貴店消費.尤其每次必買巧克力小西點.有一次買了3盒.都是軟的.但是也沒多想全家人還是吃完了.所以當我下一次去消費時有和貴店反應.當時店員告知我有這樣的問題可以告知他們並且可更換.中間經過了好幾次的購買也都沒有這個問題.沒想到今天我買了2盒小西點.發現都是軟的.當下趕快去店家詢問是否可以換.店長非常生氣告訴我.他們沒有再給人家換商品的.還對我大吼大叫.還把總店老闆都搬出來.店長叫我說有本事去告他.還說一定告不贏.他還叫我以後不準踏進長安店一步.不准再買貴店的產品.還說要不是看在我婆婆的份上才對我客氣.請問我買你們家的麵包需要靠人脈嗎?請問這是一個店長應該要有的服務態度嗎?我買了這麼多年.貴店的服務一直都非常好.可是今天店長的態度真的是差到一個離譜.還當著其他客人的面對我大罵.是否洽當?我不敢相信這樣的事會發生在我身上.不過就商品有疑問.消費者都不能反應?請問我該跟誰投訴?這樣的店長是不是需要再教育?
