★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 6年前在這買電子血壓機，買了兩台給娘家和婆家；這次娘家爸爸血壓機壞了需送修，因為我人在台中無法替長輩處理，故先聯絡門市人員，家父會去送修並選購新血壓機。人員在家父家母一到店裡，馬上協助測試，讓他們備感窩心，測試結果詳細說明，告知不需更換，電線接頭換新順便校正即可，還提供備用血壓計讓家父使用。真的非常感謝門市專業人員貼心的協助，非常推薦這家杏一門市。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 爛！電話說明產品三次.三次.三次，也有問會員和非會員的產品價格，但最後因家人有辦會員，最後電話詢問價格又不一樣了。我問為何，店員說看錯了產品，但一開始第一通到第三通電話，我確實每通都講三遍產品型式，店員還有說樓上還有一箱，但就說看錯產品價格也不一樣。聽店員感覺也無所謂，站在消費者也只能搖頭了。

用好態度服務客人 例如像妳問的"你需要什麼" 還是告訴客人本店不賣或商品在哪裡 是會讓妳少活幾年嗎??
服務來店客人本來是妳該做的事情
加上妳又不是沒領薪水的志工! 若討厭無奈就換個工作吧？
要不是因為扁桃腺發炎。。。我就不在評論講這些了 :)
