★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 連一顆星都不想給，看著裡面小姐拿著塑膠壺倒飲料裝杯，裝完直接接水龍頭水倒入飲料杯！
一開始以為看錯！但水槽有兩個水龍頭，一個有把手，一個一根管子，後面裝完飲料就把有把手的水關掉！那個流水大小差異很大！很難不懷疑是自來水吧？
拿到飲料超疑惑，還請問店員是否使用飲用水？態度還很差說我又沒用自來水！
觀感、衛生、態度都讓人很不舒服，我買蘋果紅萱，不是買自來水耶！
飲料直接倒掉，誰敢喝……
I didn't even want to give a star, I watched the lady inside hold the plastic pot and pour the drink into the cup. After filling, she directly took the tap water and poured it into the drink cup!
I thought it was wrong at first! But the sink has two faucets, one with a handle and one with a pipe, and the water with the handle is turned off when the drink is filled! The size of the water varies greatly! It's hard not to suspect that it's tap water, right?
I am very confused when I get a drink, and ask the clerk if they use drinking water? The attitude is also very poor and said that I didn't use tap water!
The appearance, hygiene, and attitude are all very uncomfortable. I bought Apple Hongxuan, not tap water!
The drink is poured directly, who dares to drink it...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 如果不是這麼扯，完全不會上來隨便評論。第一次喝到龜記是在西門町，朋友推薦紅水烏龍真的超讚！茶味濃又香~一分糖剛好！今天在貴門市購買一樣紅水烏龍一分糖，完全沒有任何茶味！覺得連鎖店品質落差這麼大很誇張，而且一杯還要40元......不會再購買了！

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 店員做完飲料杯子沒擦就給我們，請她再擦一次，看起來很不情願，並且還是沒擦乾淨。點了兩杯一樣的飲料，其中一杯喝起來沒什麼味道，很水。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 幾乎不會特別評論但氣到特地上來給一星，之前就對此分店龜記的員工速度跟服務態度感到詫異( 之前是點一杯無糖綠讓我等了20分鐘??? )
今日經過點一杯紅茶豆漿等了10分鐘以上 ( 隔了我兩個號碼我去詢問才發現做好了 ) 回到家發現封膜竟然是未封好的灑到車箱到處都是理智線直接斷掉，不推薦指數極高，想用好心情開啟一天的人千萬別來買氣受 ^_^
( 回覆業主 : 出貨前都會擦拭搖晃確認但我拿回家卻發現是開口的，謝謝你們的用心確認呢 )
