合作的嘉里大榮貨運有夠爛,送修螢幕指定早上送貨,結果禮拜二下午打電話詢問有人在家嗎,跟司機講下午沒辦法麻煩隔天早上或是後天早上都行,居然跟我說啥早上不順路一單只賺10元不夠貼油錢,只能禮拜六再幫我送,聯絡貨運客服也是擺爛不處理,等到現在還沒送來,這種運送品質,麻煩貴公司謹慎考慮合作夥伴好嗎!

維修服務不專業,取貨時不解釋修了甚麼也不協助確認是不是修好。 問問題也回答不太出來。 新機wifi就壞掉,需要全部重灌嗎?雖然有先問有沒有備份,但網路介面卡都換新了,能不能把重灌當作最後手段,.本來預期也只是重裝個驅動程式,重灌我所有設定跟安裝檔都要重來ㄟ....,若全部都重設換新可以直接給我新機阿,就不用跑第二趟了 另外保固內維修能不能至少提供停車折抵,送修車馬費都沒有了,大樓的停車應該可以吧......

可以不給星的話,我還想倒扣星?️ 在pc Home買了一台八、九萬的技嘉3D繪圖機,結果才一個月就卡在bios,讀不到硬碟無法進主系統,申報送修間隔了10天送回,結果control center不做動,還要自己移除重灌,這都算了,更扯的是原本送修前有512G+1T的SSD,回來看不到512G SSD,聯絡客服得到結論說請黑貓再收送回去給貴單位還是改親洽當地相對鄰近的維修中心! 本人特地請假帶電腦前往鄰近單位,結果人家直接拆給我們看,並表示我買的機王內有512SSD,但是是壞的,試問貴單位當初說修好要留幾天試跑程式及機體有無問題真有落實嗎?抱持很大疑惑態度? 加油,好嗎? 你們這樣對得起推薦你們的人的良心嗎? 因為貴單位沒一次到位的維修情況,影響到後續工作的進程,這樣誰還能信任你們的品質呢?
