沒有提前寫荷包蛋不熟，弄得飯都是蛋液
而且有說不要荷包蛋，如果忙導致無法客製化，可以拒絕客製化
提前寫餐點已完成，造成第一位外送員等了十多分鐘還沒好，第二位外送員也等了將近20分鐘

你們兩個外送平台+Google上都是寫禮拜天有營業 所以到底有沒有營業？沒有營業的話 不知有多少人白跑or被取消的莫名奇妙
更何況沒營業的話你們應該關店停止接單 而不是放著不管再讓客人被取消 還推託給外送平台
