★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 洗頭的地方是開放式的（正對著門口，很不隱私）對面居然還堆滿清潔用具，洗頭的時候前方都是掃把拖把的感覺實在很差，洗頭技術更不用說了，把我的頭當抹布亂揉，一直扯到我的頭皮（很痛！），也許是泡泡不夠，還一直發出刺耳的指甲刮黑板的聲音，水也有點冷，從頭到尾也沒問水溫力道如何等等，吹頭髮的時候也一直扯到我的頭皮，很差的體驗。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ruby 跟另外一位短頭髮的設計師剪髮技術不差 但胖阿姨真的很糟糕 頭剪的跟狗啃的一樣 自己都問說瀏海是不是要留長了 還給我剪的有夠短 重點是還缺一角 給她剪真的自求多福！建議進店跟服務生說 我要指定！指定不要胖阿姨剪

店裡一位短髮中性三號設計師的態度真的讓人不敢恭維！沒在現場洗頭難道就不會剪頭髮了嗎？手腳有夠粗魯！只是說了一下頭髮可以再剪短一些，不悅的表情完全寫在臉上！請好好訓練一下這員工的服務態度好嗎！
