因為花枝的產季是4～9月，其他時節吃到的花枝少又冷凍很久沒風味了。
因為老闆是真正"純手工打造"，無法商業製造（換言之，品質跟季節有關連...跟高檔紅酒一樣乎？）
春天來吃麵的人肯定會給一星評價。
