明月溫泉會館

This place is awesome! You get your own private wooden hit spring tub in your room right next to the window from which you can relax and view the mountains! Breakfast, a delicious dinner (we recommend the mutton hotpot), and two massages per person are included! I did a lot of research before choosing this place, which had much more than I expected at a fraction of the price! The inside boasts a native feel with lots of wood and soft lighting and tremendous views! Location right off of old street couldn't be better! We will be coming back!

Worst experience here ever. My children took my credit cards out and hid them when we were bathing. We found out after we left. Called back and they said they didn’t find them, we said we want to get back to the room to look for them when there are no o customers. They said we need to pay for another hour or just report the cards lost. Absolutely the worst.

Very nice all teak rooms on the top floor. Soaking in the in-room hot spring water was very comfortable and I was very glad there was a "cold" bath. The all teak rooms are expensive. I'm not sure if the facilities on the roof next to the teak rooms are working but it would be a great place for a party. Not quite high enough in the mountains for my tastes.

A wonderful place to relax and enjoy the Wulai hot springs. Men and women have separate areas, or couples / groups / families can book their own private rooms. They have a great hot bath with a small view up the mountain,. Their warm bath is very large with some amazing high pressure 'rain' showers that will make you hold on for dear life as the water beats down on you massaging your back, and nice reclining seats with jets along your back. The cold bath is simple but very refreshing. They also have dry and steam saunas and a room for laying down. Cold/hot water to drink is all provided. I loved this place.

The hotel is located just a short walk from the bus terminal near the entrance to the old street. The staffs were friendly and provided us with some guide on where to walk around in the area. The hotel was clean and well maintained. Best of all, the rooms have great views to the mountain and river. The staying package included dinner and breakfast, and I love their food.

the room is narrow ant appeared dinner is only hot pot and rice breakfast is not enough quantity, toast was cold spa area is so so nice there are two pools, 43 degree and 38 degree totally i can’t recommend to celebrity people but i could spend a good time

Our hotel room had an excellent view of the gurgling river and the misty mountains. We enjoyed both the public bath and the one inside the room. There was a public bath for men and another one for women. The public bath had 3 pools ranging from cold to super hot (19, 39 and 42 degrees Celsius). The hot spring water offered an antidote to our tired bones and sore muscles. They also offered massages although we didn’t get to try them out. Our stay included dinner and breakfast. The beef hotpot dinner was good but the Chinese breakfast was disappointing. We should have gone with the Western breakfast. The western breakfast didn’t look outstanding but we felt that it would have been a better choice than the Chinese one. In the morning, we enjoyed using the bath located in our room. We had to dial 9 so that someone could turn on the hot water in the bath. The room was bright and the bed was comfortable. The only negative was the presence of ants on the floor. We didn’t see them the whole time, so it wasn’t a big deal.

I stayed two years ago and my experience is still unforgettable. I took my mom and younger sister stayed a night. Super friendly staffs, amazing facility, beautiful scenery, authentic architecture, and amazing food. The quality of water also amazing. I will definitely visit again whenever this COVID is over.
