★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 酸辣湯表現有點弱，但炒飯每次水準都有維持、乾爽不膩，飯炒得粒粒分明，雖不是走醬香路線，但有蔥花的提味加分。價格親民，用餐時間總要多等一會兒，來電訂餐也滿頻繁的。

泡菜是酸酸甜甜的，適合台灣人的口味，豬頭皮很有嚼勁，小菜也好吃?
下次再來開鎖其他餐點
店面在小巷子內，開車比較不方便，騎車的話對面可以稍微停一下！
價位：泡菜豬肉170元/豬頭皮35元

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 平日晚餐前往，點了2碗麵外帶，但是可能因為前面客人多所以等了快半小時。
老闆算是服務態度很好，即使忙碌也面帶微笑有些客人是附近鄰居或熟客。店內有座位，但外帶的人多，以後來買還是先打電話預定才不會乾等。
三鮮炒麵料好實在，大滷麵較沒料但味道也不錯，還買了生水餃20個$100回家煮。
I went to dinner on weekdays and ordered 2 bowls of noodles to take away, but I may have waited almost half an hour because there were many customers in front.
The owner is very good in service. Even if he is busy, he is smiling. Some guests are nearby neighbors or regular customers. There are seats in the store, but there are a lot of people who take them out. If you come to buy in the future, you still have to call to make a reservation before you wait.
The three fresh fried fabrics are so good. The big noodles are not as expected but the taste is also good. I also bought 20 raw dumplings for $ 100 to cook at home.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 大家很推的蛋炒飯，但這天來的時候可能人比較多，有些飯還沒有炒開，還是比較濕潤的米味，調味上也沒什麼味道（好想自己大加鹽巴）
大滷麵湯頭表現不錯，不過麵條就沒什麼可以期待了
滷味的話，當天沒吃完，後來打包回家用電鍋蒸完之後好吃度上升一倍，比較入味以外豬皮也軟了?
蝦仁炒蛋要200偏貴，不難吃，不過也沒有什麼蛋香味比較可惜
主食部份都算是蠻有份量的一間店

飯份量有點少．當天去的時候等蠻久的．
