當歸麵很香 但是個人覺得吃起來不夠濃? 不過份量十足~~

紅燒湯很好喝，雖然1/1開始有漲價但是菜色豐富還是比一些秤重的便宜?

今天吃的是紅燒麵寬麵、泰式酸辣麵寬麵 看到有人推薦紅燒湯因為有加酸菜，就特別吸引人，一嚐還真的很喜歡這樣的口味? 泰式酸辣的口味也挺酸辣，平常如果不吃辣的是真的會辣喔！有吃辣的感覺就是有味道，很不錯！ 湯麵內的菜色都很豐富，我和先生是吃的很飽！ 只要時間允許一定會再訪喔！?

Nice vegetarian restaurant

Hey friends! Galon Hasegawa from Tokyo recommending my vegan and vegetarian friends to try out this spot. They got their "specialty dried noodles" 招牌乾麵 Zhao Pai Gan Mian - literal translation but what it is, is a bowl of wheat noodles with lighter amount of soup. Here's where the well known part comes in; they use a deep broth to surround the noodles, then they have nicely stir-fried tofu and mushroom shreds on top of the noodles with a dash of brightly pickled cabbage. With the mushroom soy sauce that wraps it up, when you put it all together in your mouth it becomes a party. The next thing to try is their deep broth. It's called "su geng/soo gung" 素羹, and as simple as the name is it's not. It's packed with flavor, and some hearty toppings - if you don't mind fried food they got fried breadstick crumbles, with some aromatic mushrooms. You can add wheat noodles, rice, glass noodles or rice noodles to this dish(I highly recommend rice noodles-the owner uses the traditional kind, super thin and al dente to the bite). 5 stars to the locality of taste and environment, a little gem next to a 7-11.

Update 1/22/19 they have moved to 文化路 wenhua rd. Still the same great taste!!! Stick to the basics like 麻醬麵，素羹，和招牌米粉。 Buongiorno! I like this vegetarian shop. Their rice plate is awesome, and the famous bowl of dried noodles!

Good quality food for an inexpensive price. The staff members are friendly and the place is clean. This restaurant has vegetarian food with a traditional Taiwanese style. I look forward to try the other food this place has to provide.
