賺不夠多、東西被洗壞沒辦法無動於衷的人，可能不太適合光顧這家店。
當初是相信「橘子」的招牌&品質，才剛拆封就送去洗，結果店員不看標示、洗衣廠也不看標示，明明標示「手洗」、「不能機洗」，卻用「水洗」，洗壞到完全沒有辦法用，再來百般推託，嫌你的東西品質不好，說最多只能退還洗衣費，不可能賠一件一樣的或同等金額，還哀他們洗衣利潤微薄 = =
後來看了其他評論，看來店家根本不在意客訴，沒有回應、沒有改善，真後悔當初沒有在送洗前先查查評論⋯
