冰品好吃,店內環境清潔,人員服務態度佳 清原芋圓品牌故事(取自官網) 這是屬於一個年輕人的夢想,因為夢想,經過近10年的努力如今築夢成真了,清原芋圓基於一個年輕人的夢想而成真,成為職場新鮮人的創立人-劉老闆。雖然在日商公司上班,卻常想著不想過著一成不變的工作,他的工作是輪三班制,但他卻利用了工作之餘的時間來圓他的創業夢,在他還任職的過程中他也從事了網拍、路邊攤、擺夜市、甚至開了早餐店,從這一點一滴累積他開店的資糧。在一次因緣際會下他接觸到了芋圓,讓他有了新的想法。他覺得芋圓一定可以讓它像珍珠奶茶一樣一直流傳下去。於是他毅然決然的離開了他的工作崗位,開啟了他的創業之路。 他也決定用芋圓和仙草凍來當店裡的招牌。有了這樣的想法,他開始學習做芋圓,過程中他不斷嘗試了各種方式及原物料,依然做不出他要的口感。於是他決定到九份拜師學藝,總算有了一些新的體悟,回到雲林將自己所學再透過之前的錯誤經驗中改進總算做出屬於清原芋圓的口感。草創初期生意並不理想,曾經一天最高營業額只有500元,就這樣劉老闆想方設法一定要度過這個低潮期,一次偶然的機會中他決定改變經營模式,便將芋圓和手搖飲做結合,再透過行銷策略竟然有了很大的迴響。 沒想到當初的無心插柳卻繁衍出了一片亮麗的天空。多年來清原芋圓一直懷著感恩的心在經營,心想著沒有支持我們的客人就沒有今天的清原芋圓而劉老闆也一直秉持著,自己不敢吃的絕不給客人吃的理念。因此我們使用的食材都是選用當地特產,製作過程絕不添加香精、色素,就是要給客人吃到安心健康的產品,不斷創新,不怕被超越。顧客更是劉老闆的創新來源。為了讓喜愛芋圓的客人們能隨時隨地輕鬆自在的享用我們的手工芋圓劉老闆也將芋圓改良成像珍珠一樣的大小,讓開車族也能輕鬆的享用手工芋圓。劉老闆的用心及創新就是要給顧客最好的服務、信任與保障。

這是一間冰品店,更是一間讓人流連忘返的溫馨店家! 剛好在正式開幕前幾天點餐,這間店除了料都很實在之外,品質還特別好! 冰品歸冰品,但出來的模樣跟質感還是有差別的! 老闆也親切的服務跟介紹,對於吃喝什麼沒概念的,聽老闆的真心推薦準沒錯! 而且等外帶的時候還有植物牆可以拍攝!是活生生的植物牆喔!非常會利用空間做行銷! 相信中永和、台大師大古亭的朋友們跑一趟福和店,不會讓你們後悔的! 我相信,之後內用後必定是高朋滿座的一間店! 我認為連鎖店歸連鎖店,但我是會因為服務跟感受而願意跑遠一點的消費者。 所以大家除了就近購買之外,有經過的也不要錯過囉?
